Nestled in the hills above Cockatoo was a hidden gem in need of an update. This 4 bed 3 bathroom substantial 3 x split level weatherboard dwelling got a full update with extensive works throughout the property.

The young family came to us wanting and new kitchen / bathroom and update and before we knew it there was not a sqm left untouched . The kitchen / bathrooms and laundry were all updated with repainting and updating throughout the interior, but the works didn’t stop there. 

The exterior got a full make over also with new decking , glass balustrades and painting throughout as well as a reworked driveway and landscaping throughout. 

The result was a family house that would help to the young family continue to grow whilst living in the area they love.
